International Medical Physics Certification Board
Meeting in Porto Alegre, Brazil
The International Conference on Medical Physics (ICMP 2011) was held on April 17-20, 2011 in Porto Alegre, Brazil. It was organized by the International Organization for Medical Physics (IOMP), the Latin American Association of Medical Physics (ALFIM) and the Brazilian Association of Medical Physics (ABFM). During the Conference there were two sessions in the program related to the work of IMPCB.
The first was the Plenary Session on International Medical Physics Certification presented by Raymond K. Wu, PhD. The title of the presentation was “Medical Physics Board Certification: Looking Ahead”. It was given on April 19, 2011.
